Terms of service

These terms govern your use of tzagg.net and any digital product you buy from it. Last updated 29 August 2026.

Template notice for the site owner: this document is a working draft written to a common structure. Replace the bracketed placeholders with your registered details and have a qualified lawyer review it before you begin trading.

1. Who we are

tzagg.net is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company number [NUMBER]. In these terms we are called TZAGG, we, or us. You can reach us at admin@tzagg.net.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to buy from us.

3. What you are buying

Every product on this site is a digital good. When you buy one you receive a licence to use it under the terms stated on that product page, not ownership of the underlying software or its intellectual property. Those rights remain with the publisher or rights holder.

Individual titles may carry their own end user licence agreement from the publisher. Where that is the case it is identified on the product page and it governs your use of that title alongside these terms. Where the two conflict on a point about the software itself, the publisher licence applies.

4. Your account

An account belongs to one person. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Give us an email address you actually control, because it is where order confirmations and download links are sent, and we cannot recover an order for an address you cannot access.

Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account or your download links. Accounts showing signs of shared or automated use may be suspended while we investigate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following with products bought from TZAGG:

  • Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the files, in whole or in part.
  • Upload them to file sharing services, torrent networks, or any other public distribution channel.
  • Remove, disable, or work around any technical protection measure, licence check, or activation system attached to a product.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble a product, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Use the site or its products for any unlawful purpose.

Breaching this section terminates your licence immediately and may end your account without refund. It may also expose you to action by the rights holder.

6. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and include applicable tax where we are required to charge it. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card details.

A contract forms when we send your order confirmation, not when you place the order. If a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or is unavailable, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

Bundle pricing is applied automatically in the cart when the qualifying number of eligible titles is present. The discounted total is shown before you pay.

7. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and normally immediate once payment clears. Download links are placed in your account and sent by email. You are responsible for having the hardware, operating system, and connection needed to download and run what you buy. System requirements are listed on each product page.

8. Refunds

Digital goods are refunded under the separate refund and digital goods policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Availability and changes to the store

We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change, or withdraw products at any time. Withdrawing a product from sale does not remove your access to a copy you already bought.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used fraudulently, or that is the subject of a payment dispute. You may close your account at any time by writing to admin@tzagg.net. Closing your account does not by itself entitle you to a refund of past purchases.

11. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
